As already highlighted, everyone is different and needs a plan specific to them. A generic plan will not yield the results you’re looking for. Mick has seen thousands of patients given the same exercises, reps, and mobility routines, which might help some who are suffering from acute injuries but not those experiencing pain and discomfort for weeks, months, or even years.
